We mean it when we say that our goods are going to inspire you every day and stand by the quality they resemble. However, since the physical products we offer are hand-made and unique, they can differ from the screen experience. If for some reason, your received order doesn't meet your expectations - you can always return it, as well as give us much-appreciated feedback so we can improve.

Refunds are made to your original form of payment and require a receipt. If you can't find the receipt, which happens :) you'll be given a credit worth of the last price you paid for the product being returned.
We only accept returns for the products originally bought from Couloir and only from the original purchaser. We also won't accept returns due to neglect or misuse. Please contact us with any questions!
